I’ve used other hypnosis recordings in the past but nothing seems to work as well as this guys stuff. I’m just feeling really calm and confident in social situations as well as at work, really happy with the results. Thankyou!

first impressions are good, only used it once and dont feel much more confident but i really felt good after the hypnosis…but i wud say it was more meditation than anything. although there is only an hour of audio it feels less repetative than other apps. overall a very nice app! as i promised…..a week on and my confidence has improved a bit, not life changing but enough for you to see benifits, e.g. talking to people + not as stressed, less serious. tell you more next week!

Things have been pretty stressful recently but I’ve been using this for about a week now and I’m feeling really good again, just more positive and optimistic. I love the different audio and download options. This is a brilliant app, I can’t recommend highly enough and I’m looking forward to trying more from this developer.
