After checking out Darrens free app Relax Completely I was really impressed and decided to invest in this one. I’ve been using one session a day when I get home from work for the last two weeks and I have to say, considering it cost less than a tube ticket into town, I’m amazed at the results. I’m just feeling more relaxed and confident in all kinds of situations and even my friends have noticed the difference. The four seperate sessions keep the app varied and interesting and the video faqs set the whole process up really well. Great app thanks alot!

I have had some fascinating insights whilst using the Let go of Fear session, which has changed my understanding & behaviour in situations which previously caused me anxiety!!! Effects I would say are cumulative, I have been using every 3 days or so, so my subconcious can work on the insights received during hypnosis. Listen to intro sessions first , it does help, & have faith that whatever you need to learn will automatically come up during hypnosis. Confidence session also very good…. Well worth the cost, which is a small amount to pay to radically improve the quality of your life. Hope more apps are in the pipeline from this developer ! And thanks for this one!

I have used other self help hypnosis materials in the past with no success. I either couldn’t take them seriously enough because the orator sounded daft, or they just didn’t stick in my head. I don’t know why, but these are very different and have already made a massive difference to my mindset. I had been struggling with maintaining a positive outlook and suffering low self esteem, but from the very first listen that brain clog has seemingly completely gone and my thought processes have become much more positive and I am not feeling remotely self-defeatist any more. On the strength of this, I have just purchased the Easy Weight Loss Now app, and will review that in due course. Really, really pleased with the effect so far!

This app contains a great audio collection, really well produced. I’m finding listening to the recordings both relaxing and inspiring. Couldn’t recommend highly enough…Top Quality
