ive neva used these sorts of things as im a bit sceptical. Ive been busy working ova Xmas & came home 2 unwind with this app. I didn’t get 2 hear the whole session as I fell asleep listening 2 his soothing voice & doing what he said thru it resulted in my passing out on the couch! Well done! I recommend this 2 anyone who needs a bit of time out! Worked 4 me! Keeping this app 4 sure! Full 5 stars! :-)

The interface needs some tweaking but the recording is wonderful, I didn’t realise I could feel so relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it and can’t wait to try the full versions when they’re released.
