This app features 20 minutes of hypno therapy for relaxing. I have yet to hear the end of it because it puts me fast asleep within 5-10 minutes. Love this! Even after a stressful day (found a bat in my bedroom – was afraid to go to sleep!) this app STILL got me to relax and sleep!! Love it!

Much improved after update

I downloaded this app a couple of months ago and it was all but unuseable. However the recent update has transformed it. It’s now well presented and all the audio and video content now plays faultlessly. I’ve used it a few times now and it’s certainly deeply relaxing. I will certainly give some of Darrens other Programmes a go

I have used this app for a few weeks now and the difference it’s made to my life has been incredible. Listening to a different session every couple of days, it took a little while, but i’m now feeling simply more calm and confident in the kind of situations, meetings etc. which used to really stress me out. Darren’s voice is really calming and reassuring. The update is brilliant and the background animations are beautiful. I also really love the videos, they give you a real sence of the person behind the apps and make it much more personal than the other apps i’ve tried of this type. it’s literally like having a real hypnotherapist on tap whenever you need one, Can’t reccoment highly enough.

Total Confidence an “Excellent Hypnotherapy App”

The new version of the App is great, you long longer need to connect to a WiFi hot spot. Thanks for the updates and the new easy to use features. I have been using to App for the past month and I would have to say it is the best I have used. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little help dealing with life’s little stressors. I am looking forward to more great Apps produced by Hypnotherapist Direct. Thanks.
