I never thought I could be hypnotized to sleep. I’ve only tried the free session but as soon as Darren starts counting backwards, I don’t remember falling asleep. What’s even more interesting is that it works on my dogs. I have a particularly anxious dog who goes right to sleep listening to this. Who would have thought?
