This app is great! It completed the task it set out to do which is relaxation. You feel calm, refreshed and no matter how u try an resist it gets u to relax. You have a choice of scenery which it is quite nice to watch a video,however felt my eyes closing most of the time! But da vids are also very relaxin to great app guys!

I think this is a great app, I have tried using Paul McKenna’s recordings but his delivery is Naff. Also having connections with reputable organisations helps for the confidence in this app. The more I use it the more I think I will see the benefits. I am dyslexic and self esteem is a big hurdle this helps I believe

This app is amazing! I never get enough sleep but I tried this right before I went to bed and woke up extremely refreshed! It opens the mind as well. I saw things in my imagination that I never would’ve thought of if this app didn’t help me. It works wonders.

I love that this is free…what a gift! The scenery choices are great … especially the one of outer space. Anyone wants a quality app stick need look no further. So much quality in the recordings and now the apps. Only wish that some more titles like Inner Power would become available too :O)

I have listened to the audio book versions of Darren Marks recordings in MP3 form over the past few months and just recently purchased the Total Confidence app which works perfectly on my ipod. I’m thrilled because it surpasses my expectation and is a wonderful addition to my library. These recordings have changed my life. Very little time or money spent to yield so much benifet!
