I am 16 and was blown away when I tried the free version and felt I just had to buy this version. My confidence is so much better, I used to feel awkward around certain people and stressed so much [unlike most teenagers!]. I suppose it has changed my life and I really recommend this! I also like the fact that you are put in a trance which helps me sleep at night too! JUST DOWNLOAD IT!!!

Ok, I was sceptical at first, but it worked for me. Hardly any desire to light up despite still having an unfinished pack. Found it easy to say no when offered and definitely feel like I can continue. Give it a try, what have you got to loose, apart from the chain…

Utterly amazing!! I love this app it’s my favourite one and I listen to it every night before I go to sleep. It made a very difficult time in my life that little bit easier. Would definately recommend and would suggest trying for at least a wk if at first u don’t get it. Amazing!! Thank you so much x
