I can’t believe it! When I first got this app, I thought I would try it, wouldn’t like it, and delete it. Boy was I wrong! This app puts me to bed in 30 seconds. I’ve never finished the video because I’ve always fallen asleep before. You focus so much on him that you forget everything and you are out in the blink of an eye. I don’t regret downloading this.

I’ve struggled with my weight since I had my 2nd child, this app works!!! In the past I’ve found diets to be boring and I’ve failed miserably many times, since I bought this app 3 weeks ago I’ve lost 12lbs and not once have I wanted to cheat, my boyfriends got it too and he’s lost 11lbs, I listen to the weight loss session every night when I’m going to sleep and listen to the other 2 sessions when I have a bit of time to myself, it’s brilliant and anyone struggling to lose weight should get this app, it really works!!!!

I honestly didn’t expect this app to work as well as everyone was claiming, but oh my word the man is a genius! I’ve been using a couple of the apps together. I feel energised, positive, and I’ve lost over a stone in four weeks, I’m not saying it has just melted off me I have been working hard at loosing weight, but I genuinely couldn’t have done it with out the support of this app. Within a day of using the apps, I went from drinking 4/5 cups of coffee and an energy drink just to keep me going through the day, to not having caffeine at all and just drinking water. My habits have changed for the better, it’s unbelievable, thank you, thank you thank you. P.s. Please Make the relaxation one longer it’s sssooo good I could stay there for hours,

Honestly I was skeptical but it was free so I tried it out. I don’t think I’ve made it past the count of 3 once yet. This guys voice is so calming it’s great at the end of a stressful day to help yourself relax or in my case fall asleep. Highly recommend this app to anyone with sleep or stress issues.
