I’ve been using the Harmony Hypnosis Meditation App on and off for several years and have found it extremely helpful for many reasons. From building confidence when starting a new job, to relaxing and reconnecting to my body when injured. This last year especially, it’s been a lifesaver when anxieties about the pandemic have become overwhelming, a session before bed helps to relieve daily tensions and ensure a peaceful nights sleep. A few moments in and I’m instantly more relaxed and drifting away. Using it for this long, I’ve also been impressed with how often new sessions are added to deal with all sorts of common issues. This therapy will change your life but you must listen to the intro and work through the workbook. I had confusion about a feature and they responded within a day and now I’m 100% happy.

Playlist does not play more than a single track. Isn’t the point of the playlist to cycle through each session? Otherwise the content is phenomenal.

Harmony is the best hypnosis app out there. So many different topics to choose from! Soothing British accent is wonderful and the dual audio (different in each ear) really adds to the relaxation effect. So thankful for this app. Highly recommend!

Very good . I love it

I’ve been using harmony for many years to help me sleep. Just in the nick of time, the pain management session was released. I was hospitalized for major surgery and used the pain management app around the clock the first day. The nurses and doctors were astonished at little morphine I used. Thank you!

Good app some are free

I have tried several hypnosis programs and this man is the real deal. I’ve been listening to his session for years. Finally purchased a lifetime subscription. His app has helped my depression and anxiety more than I could have hoped for. Now? I listen to one of his sessions daily as a vitamin for my mental health.

An excellent, relaxing app. Harmony has so many choices- feeling strong, going with flow but being in control, chilling or phobias plus more. Highly recommend, don’t know how I managed without it!
