Simply fantastic

I’ve been using the Harmony Hypnosis Meditation App on and off for several years and have found it extremely helpful for many reasons. From building confidence when starting a new job, to relaxing and reconnecting to my body when injured. This last year especially, it’s been a lifesaver when anxieties about the pandemic have become overwhelming, a session before bed helps to relieve daily tensions and ensure a peaceful nights sleep. A few moments in and I’m instantly more relaxed and drifting away. Using it for this long, I’ve also been impressed with how often new sessions are added to deal with all sorts of common issues. I know that, with a lifetime subscription, Darren’s voice will always be there to provide support and calmness when needed. It feels like the best gift to myself. Thank you Darren!
