Actually at first I thought it would not work because there are many such app that say false things . But when I tried it for two weeks and I realized that if it works because this app has helped me a lot ( through its soothing sounds and harmonics ) to consume many sleep easier and deeper. It also contains application which helps people who have problems with phobias or fears. It is an app that actually many they need . Recommended for everyone!

I bought the yearly unlimited option. Listen to 2-3 hypnosis a night. I sleep really well & feel refreshed upon awakening. It works!!

I like this app and this app is eay to play and interesting. Applications with sound effects and unique effects on brain waves to make us feel comfortable. I enjoy the dual voice therapy and find this helpful. I wish there were a few more free sessions. I wil recommend it with my friends and hope them like it.
