I’ve been using the app for almost a month not and I’m very excited with the results I’m experiencing. I’m finding it easy to make lifestyle changes which have helped me to not only loose weight, but to become healthier. I have asthma, so any extra weight is a detriment to me. After loosing 10 pounds I’m feeling better than I have in two years. I can’t wait to see how I’ll feel once I reach my goal. I find the audio very relaxing and soothing. I have downloaded over hundreds of applications (games, utilities, lifestyles, navigational, etc.) but this product and Darren Marks have gone far beyond any of the others in both the quality and impact of the product. Darren Marks knowledge and tone-of-voice reveal that he is by far an expert in his field. I’ve used the application well over a hundred times and have gained so much more from this product than any other. This is a must!

A big thanks to this man!! I was going out of my mind trying to get my 3 little girls to sleep every night, until I thought of trying this app with them. They listen to it at night when they get into bed and they are in such a beautiful relaxed deep sleep in about 5-10 mins. They actually ask for it now, especially my 4 yr old, even for her daytime sleep. I also have a great sleep when using this app too. It is an absolute must, and worth every cent. Would definitely recommend. Miranda
