Downloaded this app hoping that it may help my insomniac tendencies i didnt know if it would work for me i wouldnt be without it now it totally relaxes me but sometimes i have to loop it to go off completely it may not work for everyone but ive downloaded some of his other apps also and they help me too thank you mr marks !
