I very rarely buy any apps but this one is amazing. Needed to lose some pounds. Slowly but surely I’m loosing on average one to two per week now – even though I keep falling asleep to his gorgeous voice!! Moving more/eating less – ITS SO EASY. Such a good price..Thank you so much Darren!!!!!
