I was a little doubtful at first but I tried it anyway, good thing i did, i absolutely love this app now! Really takes of my built up stress at the end of the day and makes falling asleep so easy! Def recommended!

Being a true sceptic I expected nothing but gained a restful, relaxed nights sleep. The proof is in the covers, instead of tightly curled in a ball or tossed on the floor, they’re still tucked in and spread where they should be.

Perfect app for meditation or sleeping. The music is very soothing and the background images are very nicely done. App crashed on me a couple of times but stable enough most of the time.

It really works to overcome unwelcome and disturbing emotions like grief and sadness and I can’t wait to clean up and clear everything. I love it that Darren explains a lot, how you can use this app for the best. His calming voice makes me calm and peacefull. It was a long time ago I felt this at ease. The only thing I can say is that I feel sorry I didn’t find this great app before.
