Efficient and effective.
I`ve tried gum, patches, cold turkey, prescriptions, you name it, it`s failed. This is worth the cost of a pack of smokes to free yourself from the nicodemon. Much better than some other hypnotherapy apps, you don`t have to listen to f#%¡ing Enya or sit through a 30 minute induction for 5 minutes of actual hypnotherapy.
The truth
It’s been 2 weeks since I had a cigarette. I did my session on labor day to see if it really works. I got drunk out my mind a few times and still haven’t smoked. I tested myself around smokers and I don’t want one. This here is real b.

After the early problems which have all been sorted IT WORKS. To suddenly stop after 40 a day and after 40 years and many failed attempts. I am now after 3 days only having odd cravings and just relisten to the recordings to relax then no more craving. Worth every penny and more.

Worked for me
I was a pack and a half a day smoker, for 15 years. I made the decision to stop and decided to try this app instead of paying through the nose to have a physical hypnosis session. I can definitely say that it helped me kick my habit. I’m currently 110 days smoke so I’ve definitely gotten the results i was looking for.
