Even if you don’t have sleeping problems…
…I highly recommend this app. To be perfectly honest, I usually don’t go to sleep with the Deep Sleep track, but I have several tomes during the relaxation one! Guess we all work differently. Even so, I’m addicted to his voice now, and my only complaint is that I wish the tracks were a little longer. I’m just getting all cozy and then the track is over. Still, it’s not even enough to deduct stars. I feel so good after listening to either track that I could curl up and doze off in the middle of the day. It is well worth my $4.99. You won’t regret buying this one.

Best sleep app Ive found
I am a chronic insomniac and have downloaded many apps to help with the problem. This is the only one I’ve had success with. The app is extremely relaxing.
Very Relaxed State
Definitely felt the effects of relaxation throughout the two recordings I listened to. Muscles feel different and not so tight, and notice my gentle breathing alot more after listening.
I definitely feel this is a great tool to help you drift off. And remember this is a sleeping aid, not a guarantee that you’ll sleep. So I would assume this is a pre bedtime/sleep tool to help you settle into the idea of sleeping.
With this you need to focus and relax on what’s being said and just literally (as it says) drift and float feeling yourself relax. Without an open mind, this won’t work for you. I like this, and I’ll be keen to explore the other recordings, the videos and the future updates!
£2.99 for something so useful is worth it. What else you gonna spend £2.99 on that will be so useful! 😀
