Tried it last night and it didnt make me fall asleep but one thing it did do is make me wake up feeling refreshed from a good sleep which i havent had in months. Good app just dont expect to pass out just from listening to it

Of the 30+ times that I’ve used this app, I’ve heard the end just once, rest I’ve slept.. Only bug is that it shows the video is corrupt the first time I start it, I have to start it again everytime to get it to work

Whenever I have them, I listen, seems to control my over eating pretty well. Definitely worth the 5 bucks. I also like the relaxation audio that comes with this.
