I was a pack and a half a day smoker, for 15 years. I made the decision to stop and decided to try this app instead of paying through the nose to have a physical hypnosis session. I can definitely say that it helped me kick my habit. I’m currently 110 days smoke so I’ve definitely gotten the results i was looking for.

I’ve tried a few guided meditations and this one is deserving of 5 stars! I have asthma,that at times makes breathing difficult. This meditation allows me to calm my breathing and enjoy the rest and relaxation it offers. Bravo!!!
