Definitely works
I was a bit sceptical at first that a hypno app would work at all, but I was surprised how effective Darren’s apps are. I now own a number, and they have helped me through a difficult period in my life.
For me the app works on two levels, firstly the relaxation I get from listening to them is amazing. At the end I feel really de-stressed and full of energy. Secondly, the app addresses three specific issues – confidence, focus and concentration, and achieving goals – in three different tapes, by overcoming the barriers in your sub-conscious mind. It’s quite clever how it works, and gives you an in-sight into how your sub-conscious mind works.
I actually look forward to playing the app each evening now, and the more regularly you play the app, the more it re-enforces the message within your sub-conscious.
I recommend this app. Darren’s control alcohol app is also good.

I have to say he sounds a little like Gordon Ramsey but during his calmer moments and without the bad language (laffing) – I’m such a skeptic – I used the app the same evening I bought it and I really only purchased it because I suffer a lot with insomnia. I had exhausted all the free apps and was struggling to get to sleep one evening. The very next day after I had used it I was walking around (lots of ppl about) just minding my own business when I noticed I had this kind of super confidence about me, not in an arrogant or pretentious way but more a humble, calm and at peace with the world kind of confidence. All I can say is “excellent” – not listened to the rest of the app yet but there will be plenty of sleepless opportunities I’m sure ! So I recommend this app and will definitely purchase any available sleep help apps from Darren *****
