Best one I’ve bought yet!
Over the last week I’ve down loaded various paid for and free self hypnosis programs from the play store. So far this one has the best production, voice and overall initial feel of effectiveness out of the all of them. After listining for a few weeks I’ll come back and leave another update. So far I like this one a lot.

I bought this app a while ago & wanted to use it before writing a review to see if it did benefit me, i must have spent £20 on confidence & anxiety apps before i discovered this one. This is the only hypnosis app to have made me relax & able to go deep into a trance, the self esteem & confidence app has worked, but you have to listen to it every day for it to work properly, I feel great after listening to it, more positive & a better outlook on my day, I haven’t really used the be successful & achieve your goals yet so can’t comment on that but the total focus & concentration has helped me greatly & spurred me on to taking a college course. For me this app has worked, it has helped me change the way I think about myself & my outlook on life, positive thinking is the way forward!

I don’t give apps I download 5*, but I did for this one. I was skeptical at first, but reading the reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. I am extremely glad I did! My low self-esteem and need for everyone elses approval and acceptance is melting away and I can now perform my daily duties and responsibilities with CONFIDENCE and with a CAN DO attitude. Thank You SO SO MUCH! I recommend this to ANYONE!!
