Thank you Darren Marks, Harmony gives me total relaxation and calmness each and every time I listen to a hypnosis meditation session. This app has truly changed my life. As I approach my sixties I realize how important it is to achieve a sense of peace. I wish I’d had this app in my twenties and thirties but grateful to have discovered it now. It’s never too late to let relaxation be part of your daily routine.
Great Hypnosis
Great app from a great Hypnotherapist. I have used several hypnotherapy products from Darren Marks for a couple of years and they work very well. The app has an easy to use and pleasing layout. Plus the feature dispelling myths and concerns about hypnotism and hypnotherapy by Darren is a very helpful little addition!

Spinal Cord Injured and almost blind. 41 years old.
I have used hypnotherapy since April, but Darren Marks is the BEST hypnotherapist I ever experienced! So I found Harmony and bought hypnotherapy for life!!! But I USE Heal Your body most since I have other issues than Spinal Cord Injury or my eyes, I also use many other sessions in Harmony too. many Others, and they are the BEST when Darren Markss does IT, and I LOVE it cause I feel much better after a session !!
