Excellent Relaxation
Having known Darren’s work for many years, it is great to have the harmony hypnosis app, which allows you to tap into his methodology when it suits you – at any time and any place. Highly recommended.
Great
Used to use it a few years back when the earlier versions of blackberry phones were common. Still love his soothing voice over other hypnosis apps. Tried one where everytime the hypnotherapist paused & restarted it gave me too much panic & anxiety anticipating when he would start back in without slowly easing into his next line or using a background music & another his voice was just not soothing and he spoke so fast as if preaching and it just didnt work. Glad I’m back with Mr Marks

So I have been listening to the free ones since I downloaded this back. haven’t got spare money as yet to purchase because bills! Bill! Bills! Pay check to pay check. I need some coping harmony. I still have sleep deeply that I had purchased on blackberry few years back, lucky it was saved to my memory card. But for now I can only listen the free audios in harmony. Great hypnotherapist!!
Very calming to listen to.
Harmony is a extremely good app for calmness and relaxation. Many of the therapies take you to peaceful places. For most anxieties after the session you will feel more aware and tranquil.
Great app
I have just used the free section of this app but I would love to have the full programme. I am one of those hyper people who is constantly multi-tasking and over-thinking; conditioned by a very demanding job and the hectic juggling act with family life. I truly believed I wasn’t able to totally relax; not even when I sleep. Using Harmony has helped me realize a new way of being…total relaxation and peace. Now when I feel overwhelmed during the day, I stop and use Harmony. The sense of relaxation and inner calm I can achieve using the program really helps me function in my day to day life. Using it before bed has dramatically changed my ability to get a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend this program and thank Harmony for truly helping me achieve a state of CALM.
Fantastic App
I was just using the free part of this app but it was so good I’ve now subscribed. Darren’s voice works wonders in helping me to relax and feel better about things. This is a fantastic app. I use it everyday. Never had any issues and love it even more now it’s updated.
