This is awesome but I’m confused do i have to listen to all the recordings in one day or one at a time?

I’m a habitual smoker

I listened to it and fell asleep. But when I woke up I felt the urge to smoke had dissipated by about 70%. Which is awesome. I feel hopeful. The only thing I can suggest: do this tape with an electronic cigarette and eventually you’ll stop altogether. It’s my first day. I will listen again tonight and let you guys know how I feel tmmw. Update: It’s been a month. Not a single solitary cigarette! It’s exciting. I didn’t think I could do it. Give this a shot. It’s worth the money.

Astonishing!!

I have always been sceptical when it came to hypnotherapy. Following my mum’s recent heart attack, however, I was determined to try everything to stop my 40+ a day, decade old habit. After some initial confusion about the layout of the sessions (thanks to Darren for emailing this daft numpty back!) I first tried the relaxation session. Within minutes of starting the session I knew that this was going to work for me. Give it a go! For a few quid you could be free of a habit that could cost you your life!
