Update: 8 months smoke free nothing smoked. Update 1 month: I am honestly surprised at how easy this was. Even when drinking I don’t need to smoke. However I did have 1 puff of one cigarette after a black out binge drinking session. After that. So far so good. Great app. I think it works!

This app has truly been such a blessing!! Smoked for 15+ yrs…First I prayed for strength (Phil 4:13), then played every session. Each one is so powerful and filled with so much knowledge & great tools that I found useful beyond just quitting smoking. After the first quit smoking session without wake-up, I woke up with little craving..haven’t smoked since. Whenever I feel a craving, I put it on. I’m proud to say I am now smoke-free!! Thank you for helping to save my life!!! I owe you one!

Update 6 months in!
No smoke. Haven’t even wanted one with a drink or anything. Hang around smokers with no problem
