very helpful for winding down & sleep

I’m often asleep before the end of the ‘deep sleep’ track. The ‘relax, recharge’ induction which is included, is also very good. There is a pink noise track as well. After purchase, I was able to download the mp3’s using the code, so I could then have them on playlist, and edit them on my computer. Well done and a good value.
