I was putting myself to bed early just to stop myself “picking” and bought this app for “something to do” I am so sceptical about this sort of thing. 1st night couldn’t get the relaxing thing but pushed on and after 4 nights I have no cravings or stress eating moments and am actually choosing to drink water…this is totally due to this app, I know myself- sceptical and all that I am, I know I do not ordinarily have such strong calm assertive will power I feel good and have in 4 days lost 2lb….
