Surprisingly good

I have back and neck pain & get headaches from neck so its hard to sleep which makes a whole terrible cycle. This app after a week has helped me sleep back pain is not as bad so I am hoping that continued use & exercise will help. Also app just loops puts me to sleep, works fine on s6edge no issues. I am going to buy the sleep deeply maybe alternate them each night. I can’t say how the whole thing went b/c I was out. So thanks. That alone is an improvement.
