I am now on my 4th day of using this app. I put it on in bed and usually fall asleep listening to it as it’s very relaxing. I am using it alongside Slimming World and already I am finding myself much less hungry during the course of the day, which enables me to make better choices about snacks and meals. Would recommend trying it!
