Powerful & Very Effective

One of the many things which makes this app stand out above others in the genre is the high quality of the recordings, I can only think the previous reviewer may have a problem with the audio settings on their phone, it may be worth contacting support which I’ve found to be first class. But the most important thing is that the programme works and it certainly has for me. Darrens voice is very relaxing and reassuring and the app consists of not just a single session but four sessions which approach building confidence from different angles. I tend to use a different one each day. The videos which I watched before using the audios at all give the app a personal feel, feeling comfortable with the narrator really helps, and the design and layout are very professional. I’ve tried a few of this type of app and this is no doubt the best I’ve come accross.
