Perfect for falling asleep

I suffer from nocturnal panic attacks and sleep is hard to come by. This app has greatly reduced my nighttime stress and allowed me to get a good night’s sleep. I am really happy the app no longer requires an Internet connection to be used because I have needed it places where there was none (camping, for instance). I have recommended and will continue to recommend this app.
