I have a brooken back and am on morpine & sleepng pills. This app has helped me greatly cutting back. It also helped me smoke less,lowered my anixity. You may have to listen to it a few times before you get any help,just do exactly what he says.& DON’T SMOKE WHILE LISING TO IT.I also use a few, so I don’t get used 2 it& it doesn’t work as well .
