Just what I needed!

I found myself struggling after my daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour. It was recommended that I tried meditation to help relax my mind and my body during this difficult time. After trying a few meditation apps, I found I could relate to Harmony a lot more than other apps. I also find Darren’s voice soothing. I have used the free ‘Take 10’ sessions several times but as things stand I’m reluctant to take out a subscription. I may review this decision at a future date.
