Out of the DM range, this is the best and if you are short of cash, you will be fine with just this as it has a few things on it. I strugle with sleep, but the Relax and Recharge sends me to sleep and also the Let go of Fear and Anxiety session helps also. You only really need this one and I think it is the best of all the Hypnosis Apps by far…
