Helped me a lot

In the past few weeks i wasn’t sleeping as much like I kept waking up and not being able to got to sleep then when I went to go help at an organisation (they were having a pamper night) my cousin who also helps out did hypnosis i found it very relaxing and fell asleep the next day I texted her saying hey wats that app called she told me so I downloaded it and every time I put it on when I needed to got to sleek or have a nap I would fall asleep after about 10 mins so i would like to say thank you for making me go to sleep again
