Great app

I have used this app on and off for a couple of years. At stressful times it helps me to relax and stops me laying in bed worrying all night. I know that by the end of the session I will be either asleep or so chilled sleep comes in minutes. A great buy, I would heartily recommend it! I have tried other apps which are downloaded as music tracks and although they help me sleep I find I am woken up by jolly music as the track loops back to the beginning. You don’t get this problem with this app as it gently lulls you to sleep and ends very quietly. You won’t be disappointed!
