I suffer from insomnia and fear of the dark, so often spend all night lying awake feeling scared, and this app is brilliant, it always puts me to sleep. i’ve got other apps from Darren, and they all help me to fall asleep, sometimes in the first few sentences but this one has become one i listen to most.
