i like it.and to darrin thats abit of a contradiction.you say it cant be talked into your head but then you say sit down and tell yrself yr good enough,duh isnt that the same thing lol only difference is yr just telling yrself rather then.listening to an audio.yes self esteem.has to be worked for but it all starts with the mind.google how the subconscious mind works cos u dont have a clue
