fantastic

i initally bought this as an alternative to paul mckenna lose weight cd I have but this far better. I use this regularly when I need to relax through out the day as well as in the middle of the night to get me back off to sleep. The option of not having a ‘wake up’ is perfect. great value as has the loose weight as well as relaxation. This is the only review i’ve written – thats how good this is!!
