Bottom line, it works!

I purchased this app after enjoying the free Relax Deeply app for a while. I love this bedtime version, have made this a must in my nightly routine and am finally able to turn off my crazy brain drift off QUICKLY. Serious life improving stuff! I’m looking forward to listening to the handful of bonus therapy sessions that are included, and will probably buy more apps in this series. My only complaint – I would really like the ability to create a playlist. Add that in and you’ve got a 5-star app!
