I have trouble going to bed due to stress and it makes me fall asleep happy and wakin up happy i was not so sure bout this app but downloaded and wow what a change its made in me i love this app i.recommend for everyone,i didn’t think it would work on the 2nd day bc thinkin it would have ur mind tricked into thinking it works but i felt great the next day too nd went to sleep peacefully
