I suffer from major panic attacks and this is the best hypnotherapy app I’ve ever used! I emerged from it feeling an amazing sense of calm and relax ready to face the day with no worries! I highly recommend this for anyone even just to wind down . Just wish more of the apps were free. Amazing !
