I have been a big fan of Darren Marks for approx. 8 years. Just love his apps. I use this app almost every day as part of my routine. It helps to ease my anxiety and depression. After listening to it I am more calm and relaxed and able to get on with my day. I even sometimes use it at night to help me fall asleep. I am looking forward to getting more of Darren’s apps.
