Thank You… Thank You… Thank You!!! I am a young widow and have suffered with major bouts of insomnia, grief, sadness & depression almost four years. I have tried grief counseling with little to no relief and I refuse to personally be medicated. On another long night of no sleep the word “hypnosis” came to thought. And other Darren Marks works I have downloaded have significantly helped with my grief, sadness & depression. I definitely recommend his works!
