works when nothing else will

I am astounded at how good the app is as I have suffered sleep deprivation for years. I use this and other apps of Darren Marks, and on those nights where I cant get to sleep , so long as my room is darkened and quiet, I simply fall asleep listening to the app every time, I would suggest that you put the phone face down on something soft if the animations are likely to disturb you.
