A great program but a little on the costly side as you must pay for each additional talk. The will be removed after so long unless you buy the forever plan. I didn’t need some of the topics so it was useless to me to buy the forever plan. What I bought worked very well and helped a lot. Cheaper cost and this would be a five star rating. Had my hip and knee replaced and used the pain talk in the hospital, it really help me thru the pain. Wish they would let you buy just the ones you need forever and not all at a cheaper price.
