Work worries be gone!

I’ve recently had a spurt of stressful situations at work, and I had heard of this app from a co-worker. Since it was free, I figured why not give it a try? I wasn’t disappointed, and it was actually a much better app than I’d expected. I’ve been using it for a few days now to de-stress after work, and it does seem to take the edge off. This was my first experience with any sort of hypnosis, and I appreciated the explanatory sections. I’ll be looking into this series further.
