This app really worked for me. I found it easy to cut down on portion sizes and seem to be drinking much more water than usual, it’s great! In a couple of weeks I lost 6lb and it didn’t even feel like i was trying. I’m guessing the previous reviewer probably just needed to reinstall the app or contact support because I’ve been really impressed by the quality of the recordings.
