Amazing app, have used it for a few years and it’s got me through difficult times, relationship breakups, job interviews, family issues. It seems to help you be able to cope with your issue better the next day( I use it mostly before I sleep). It’s also useful if you wake early worrying, it enables you to go back to sleep! Wouldn’t be without it ????
