Wonderful!

I use this app regularly and have gotten more out of it as time goes by. I don’t know why, but listening to it more and more has helped me to get acclimated to some unique life-changing feelings of peace and centeredness and I look forward to listening instead of growing tired of it as I often do with many other apps- some of which I delete for non-use. Thank you for a practical drug free solution to achieving much in many areas of self-improvement, including but not limited to my favs- sleep and stress!
